We will provide you with an address to mail your payment upon receiving your order.

- You may return or receive credit for any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable) items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund (less shipping).

- If free shipping was applied to the original order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price. Free shipping applies to order items which are kept - we do this because our products are not "marked up" in price to offer free shipping on your initial order. We do not charge a restocking fee. So that we might continue offering free shipping, when a product is returned we must deduct our original shipping costs. If you decide to exchange or receive store credit, we will not retain shipping costs!
An example to clarify, if you purchase a $10.00 organic cotton t-shirt and free shipping was applied (the actual postage cost was $1.30). You choose to return the shirt for a refund. You will receive $8.70 via the original payment method ($10.00-$1.30 the free shipping cost). HOWEVER, if you instead chose to exchange the shirt for another item or request store credit, then the full $10.00 would be applied to the exchange or given as a store credit.
- Usually returns are handled within 3-5 days of us receiving them but please do allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

Manufacturer defects are errors with a product that happened during manufacturing.
Most manufacturers require their defective items be handled directly through them. Please contact us and we will give you the manufacturer's contact information.
Changing/Adding to/Cancelling an Existing Order
- Pure Earth Baby ships quickly, so we are unable to apply changes or additions to an existing order. Please review our return policy for items ordered in error.
- If you would like to order additional items, please place another order online. We will do our very best to combine the two orders and ship them together.
